I have been listening to Dr Wayne Dyer's CD's
Inspiration - Your Ultimate Calling
I find I get so much more done if I strat my day
by listening to a book, while I work.

Litahni Coleman | | I have just finished reading "Loving What Is" by Byron Katie. It is truely a attitude changing read. "The Work" is amazing in the way that it changes how you see things everyday. No more "victim mentality" no more "Need to Control" everything either.

I Highly recommend this womans work. I am just starting to listen to her other book "I need your love...is that true" on cd.
