Basically this tool should help you lay out your business idea, help you think on how much money you will need, and you can use it to find partners, lenders, investors, lawyers, accountants, etc. by giving you an organized way to present your ideas and get feedback.
So for example, if you are looking to open your own coffee shop, you can use this tool to find lenders, lawyers, accountants, web designers, suppliers, etc.
This tool should also help you take your business concept, from the idea stage to an actual business, by laying out the steps to start the biz, finding the right business partners, etc.
This tool also has a search capability, so professionals (lawyers, accountants, realtors, web designers, others) looking for prospective clients, can search through the proposals and contact the client directly on a message board dedicated to their business proposal.
